POSITION SUMMARY
Our thermoforming technicians safely process our Lyle thermo forming machine, as well as all support equipment.
We are hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts.  Applicants must have thermoforming machine processing experience.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Adjust container weights and color according to manufacturing standards.
Adjust as needed all secondary equipment to include machine automations, material blender systems, conveyors and grinders.
Complete all required paperwork such as machine cycle, product weight and material records.
Continually check quality of containers.
Assist in training employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Prior machine processing experience with plastic machines.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Must be able to read and write in English .
Able to stand for twelve hour shifts in a high pace manufacturing environment.
Must follow all Nursery Supplies Safety policies and procedures to include Lock Out Tag Out of equipment.
Ability to use hand tools.
