As valuable members of the maintenance team, Maintenance Technicians provide technical expertise and perform routine general maintenance on the machinery in the plant including troubleshooting and making routine repairs to ensure our machinery is operating at optimal capacity and efficiency.


  • Provide technical expertise to the production department so they can maintain high efficiencies and quality output resulting in low scrap rates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production problems on all equipment.
  • Assist in setting up and debugging equipment and processes.  
  • Coordinate materials needed to repair equipment with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Provide general maintenance of equipment, including, but not limited to, vacuuming and cleaning conveyer systems.
  • Preventative maintenance on hydraulic and blender systems. 
  • Other duties as identified and defined by management.
  • Willing to work well with others and teach those with less experience.
  • Work safely and maintain a clean and safe work environment.


Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience performing maintenance, including preventative, troubleshooting, and repairs. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair and maintain machinery.  
  • Results oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate in basic English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines.
  • Knowledge of proper use of welding and cutting torches.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical a plus.
