As valuable members of the maintenance team, Maintenance Technicians provide technical expertise and perform routine general maintenance on the machinery in the plant including troubleshooting and making routine repairs to ensure our machinery is operating at optimal capacity and efficiency.  Base starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour.

  • Provide technical expertise to the production department so they can maintain high efficiencies and quality output resulting in low scrap rates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production problems on all equipment.
  • Assist in setting up and debugging new molds, equipment, and processes.  
  • Coordinate materials needed to repair equipment with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Provide general maintenance of equipment, including, but not limited to, vacuuming and cleaning conveyer systems.
  • Maintain electrical and mechanical control systems, PLC's and computer controls and interfaces, and power AC and DC systems.
  • Set up and configuration of motor controls.
  • Preventative maintenance on hydraulic and blender systems. 
  • Other duties as identified and defined by management.     

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience performing maintenance, including preventative, troubleshooting, and repairs. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair and maintain machinery.  
  • Results oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate in basic English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet required deadlines.
