HR Recruiter
The HR Recruiter will source and recruit top talent for production and support positions.
Description:
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, social media, and other mechanisms
- Source, screen, and recruit applicants and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Handle human resources administrative functions as needed
- Responsible for working in a safe manner and following the company’s safety policies and procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 plus years as recruiter
- Highly organized, detailed oriented, and ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Read/Write in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing/light industrial environment
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment laws
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- Use standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, scanners, and fax machines
- Learn new software applications as necessary
